Qualifications

• Directs the day-to-day kitchen operations to meet Opaa! standards and health regulations.
• Manages safety and sanitation, staff training, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen staff and delegate workflows.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, HHFKA, CACFP, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate production, inventory, and meal distribution to satellite sites.
• Attend weekly Kitchen Manager meetings with DNS and report concerns.
