Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Relevant Experience Required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to individuals and small groups.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day kitchen operations to meet Opaa! standards.
• Monitor food quality, sanitation and safety compliance.
• Coordinate meal preparation and daily transportation to satellite buildings.
• Lead safety/production meetings and supervise kitchen staff.
• Maintain production records, inventory and HACCP compliance.
