Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to direct day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to Opaa!

standards and health regulations. The role includes supervising staff, enforcing safety policies, and coordinating meal preparation and transport to satellite buildings when needed. The Kitchen Manager will oversee production, quality control, inventory, and records, while maintaining strong customer service and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Education requirement as stated: High School Diploma, GED, or Relevant Experience.
• Language skills include ability to read, write and present information clearly.
• Mathematical skills include basic arithmetic, rates, ratios and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Monitor food quality, presentation and sanitation to maintain standards.
• Lead kitchen staff, conduct daily safety and production meetings, and address personnel issues.
• Coordinate preparation and daily transportation of meals to satellite buildings where applicable.
• Maintain HACCP, HHFKA/CACFP compliance and safety procedures.
