• Check completeness of employee job assignments and tasks.
• Provide training to staff in customer service, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Perform kitchen duties as staffing requires.
• Regularly inspect equipment to ensure proper working order.
• May participate in in-service training and new employee orientation.
• Work with staff on goals for customer service, food costs and HACCP.
