Job summary

Honest to Goodness Hospitality is seeking a BOH Manager for our Charleston cafe. You will lead the kitchen team, coordinate with line and prep cooks, and partner with the Assistant General Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly and deliver high-quality food.

You will manage scheduling, ordering, hiring and training, while upholding safety and sanitation standards. The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience of at least 3 years.
• Solid understanding of fundamentals of cooking and knife skills.
• Open and flexible availability, including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
• Organized, quick thinking, adept at multitasking.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling best practices.
• Constant standing, walking, stopping
• Occasional kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing ladders, and carrying up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities
