Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Kitchen Operations Associate to prepare meals to standard and keep the kitchen and warehouse organized within a shared facility. You will support order fulfillment and collaborate with DashMart Operations to ensure a smooth, team‑oriented operation.

You’ll handle meal assembly with attention to safety and quality, manage storage areas, and assist with light duties while maintaining a positive, One Team approach for customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in food service, grocery, or beverage operations preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Food Handler’s Certification upon hire.
• Detail-oriented with strong food safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items to brand and food safety standards.
• Ensure meals meet quality, accuracy, and presentation before handoff.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and dress code guidelines.
• Maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across shared workspaces.
• Support inventory organization and FIFO product rotation.
• Collaborate with DashMart Operations Associates to keep site cohesive.
• Assist with light operational tasks to support facility success.
• Uphold a One Team mindset for a positive experience for staff and customers.
