Responsibilities

• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Check and record chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwashing machine.
• Clean work surfaces, refrigerators, and floors; sweep/mop daily.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training of dietary staff.
