Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays.
• Operate dishwasher and wash dishes.
• Assist with serving meals and nourish ments.
• Check and record dishwasher chlorine concentration and water temperature.
• Maintain clean work surfaces, refrigerators, and floors.
• Assist with general kitchen sanitation and trash disposal.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing staff training.
