A Kitchen Mechanic is responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the hotel's kitchen equipment and machinery, contributing to outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, repair, and conduct routine preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment and machinery
• Perform scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance tasks
• Perform equipment repairs
• Record and report repairs in log books or property management systems
• Respond promptly and efficiently to team member work orders to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and equipment
