Kitchen Mechanic - Hilton Anatole (Finance)

A Kitchen Mechanic is responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the hotel's kitchen equipment and machinery to ensure outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Kitchen Mechanic, your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining, monitoring, repairing, and conducting routine preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment and machinery
• Performing scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance
• Performing equipment repairs
• Recording and reporting repairs in log books or property management systems
• Responding promptly and efficiently to team member work orders to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and equipment
