322 BBQ is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef to lead operations at two locations: Mullica Hill, NJ and Wilmington, DE. This daytime, full-time role focuses on running a largely autonomous kitchen, with real input into menus and direction, and no late nights.

You will hire, train, and develop prep, line, and bakery teams, maintain quality and presentation, own ordering and food costs, and uphold food safety standards across both sites.

We're a chef-owned restaurant group looking for a hands-on kitchen leader to run operations at our two locations: 322 BBQ, a BBQ and catering kitchen in Mullica Hill, NJ, and Hill Donut Co. & Pancake House, a breakfast, brunch, and bakery operation in North Wilmington, DE.This is not a clipboard job and it's not a micromanaged one. You'll run a largely autonomous kitchen with real input into the menu and the direction of both restaurants. If you've been waiting for a role where your ideas actually get used, this is it.This is a daytime job. No late nights.
