322 Bbq invites an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations at our Wilmington, DE and Mullica Hill, NJ locations. You will oversee guest experience, staff training, scheduling, and daily operations to ensure consistency with our brand of fresh-smoked, craft-minded hospitality.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in restaurant management, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to handle guest relations with poise while traveling between two sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and basic P&L management.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to think quickly under pressure.
• Reliable transportation to travel between both locations.
