Job summary

322 BBQ and Hill Donut Co. & Pancake House in Wilmington, DE, and Mullica Hill, NJ is hiring Servers to deliver friendly, fast, and detail-oriented service in a high-volume environment.

You will greet guests, guide them through menus, take orders, coordinate with kitchen, promote catering, and ensure guest satisfaction. We offer competitive hourly pay + tips, meal discounts, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a full-service or fast-paced casual restaurant.
• Able to handle a high-volume environment.

322 BBQ and Hill Donut Co. & Pancake House are looking for friendly, fast, and detail-oriented Servers to join our team. Our restaurants are known for award-winning BBQ, crave-worthy donut burgers, and over-the-top pancakes—and we’re growing fast.
