Job summary

Chick-fil-A Ruby & Sinto in Spokane, WA is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead Back of House operations from day one. You will develop shift leaders, maintain strict food safety and quality standards, and drive cost control while building a high-performing team.

As a full-time leader, you will collaborate with the Owner/Operator and restaurant leadership to establish systems, train staff, and continuously improve kitchen performance and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Back of House operations with focus on Food Safety, Quality, Cost, and Operational Excellence.
• Develop Kitchen Shift Leaders into confident, capable leaders who can lead shifts and develop others.
• Build and maintain systems that create consistency across all shifts and dayparts.
• Own the execution of the restaurant's Food Safety Plan and readiness for health inspections.
• Ensure Chick-fil-A food quality standards are consistently executed.
