Nan's Kitchen is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations in a fast-paced, one-of-a-kind culinary environment. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards across prep, cooking, and service while upholding our culture of quality and community.
You’ll build efficient prep systems, recruit and train staff, schedule labor, and ensure health regulations are met while delivering our cult-favorite fried chicken sammies and rotating veggie bowls.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
