Job summary

Casey’s in Cambridge, MN is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team, train Team Members, and partner with the Store Manager to ensure food safety, inventory control, and smooth daily operations in prepared foods and beverages. You will drive guest satisfaction and coach staff to deliver Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.40 per hour, with quarterly bonuses based on kitchen performance.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and delegate tasks.
• Supervise operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to maintain 5S standards and daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service and inform Store Manager.
• Model Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
