Qualifications

• Minimum five years of kitchen experience across roles (prep, line cook, expeditor).
• At least 6 months in a similar capacity.
• Clear communication with managers, kitchen, dining room staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to recipes and standards.
• Provide coaching and training to kitchen staff.
• Oversee orientation and training of new kitchen employees.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness, and enforce safety procedures.
