Qualifications

• 2+ years as Kitchen Manager or similar in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Current Food Safety/ServSafe licensure or ability to acquire within 30 days.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Ability to manage food costs and inventory.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, including prep, cooking and plating.
• Monitor production to maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Supervise staff in food prep, service, cleaning and repairs.
• Manage inventory and control food costs by minimizing waste.
