Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in deli or food service leadership; prior management preferred.
• Knowledge of financial reporting concepts.
• Strong understanding of food preparation and retail operations.
• Computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.
