Lunds & Byerlys Woodbury is hiring a full-time Deli Assistant Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers. This role offers a competitive wage of $20.50-$26.43 per hour, with a full-time schedule across early to late shifts.

The store operates 7 days a week, from 6:00am to 10:00pm, and the Deli Assistant Manager will work a shift range from 6:00am to 9:00pm. Ideal candidates bring deli or food service leadership experience, strong teamwork, and a customer-first mindset,

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of deli or food service leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and retail operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.

Lunds & Byerlys Woodbury is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Deli Assistant Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $20.50-$26.43/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am-9:00pm.

DELI ASSISTANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Assisting with supervising, coaching, mentoring, and training employees
• Merchandising product
• Assisting with analyzing financials and ensuring the department is meeting financial goals
• Maintaining cleanliness of the department

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education:
   1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Experience:
   1. Minimum of two (2) years' experience in deli or food service leadership
   2. Previous Food Service Leadership experience required
3. Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
   1. Knowledge of financial reporting systems and concepts
   2. Strong understanding of food preparation and food service operations
   3. Strong understanding of retail operations
   4. Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
   5. Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification
