Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead kitchen and dining room operations, ensuring food quality, service standards, and safety compliance. You will oversee budgets, forecasting, staffing, and inventory while coaching managers and team members for excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all BOH budgets, forecasting and inventory.
• Direct coaching, training and development for supervisors and team members.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and food quality; enforce policies and procedures.
• Lead effective shifts across kitchen and dining room operations.
• Set goals and communicate progress to General Manager and Local Owner.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and ensure adequate supply levels.
• Manage staffing levels, labor costs, and guest satisfaction for BOH.
• Hire and develop department leaders to uphold standards.
• Conduct interviews and assist in staffing decisions.
