Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced, scratch kitchen and drive culinary execution for a wine-paired menu. You will mentor team members, partner with the Executive Kitchen Manager, and deliver uncompromising hospitality across all shifts.

Salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 per year with a 10% bonus potential, based on experience and equity. Benefits include insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Formación

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Demonstrated passion for culinary excellence and hospitality.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of scheduling/inventory systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee 1–2 kitchen departments (dish, prep, line) and ensure food quality.
• Help roll out new menus, kitchen initiatives, and private events.
• Hire, train, and develop hourly kitchen staff; coach for growth.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and kitchen policies; ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Executive Kitchen Manager and General Manager to hit restaurant goals.
