Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain food and labor costs to budget.
• Ensure consistent preparation and serving according to recipes and standards.
• Assist the GM/DM with training kitchen staff.
• Direct daily kitchen operations to meet regulatory requirements and ensure adequate equipment and resources.
• Monitor suppliers to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Develop and implement projects to meet client needs.
