Qualifications

• A college certificate and 2–4 years kitchen experience, or a combination of both.
• Leads with detail and organization to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Ability to train and develop staff while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creation of dishes, ensuring quick, accurate preparation to high standards.
• Craft schedules and manage labor budgets for smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain clean equipment and storage areas for safety and sanitation.
• Mentor team, boost morale, resolve issues, and help each member shine.
• Keep stock levels accurate, rotate products, and maintain quality.
• Communicate special requests and upcoming events to keep everyone informed.
• Tackle weekly cleaning and closing checklists.
• Take on additional tasks as needed with leadership.
