Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Kenner, LA to lead our back-of-house operations, coach the BOH team, and ensure top-quality food with efficient costs. You will work on menu rollouts with the Executive Chef, manage food costs, labor, inventory, and sanitation, and maintain safety and service standards across all events and service periods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of kitchen leadership including banquet/event service.
• Lead from the line with a strong culinary skill set.
• Experience building BOH teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong financial acumen: food cost, labor, and waste control.
• Current or eligible for ServSafe certification.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Run kitchen operations with focus on food quality, speed, sanitation and consistency.
• Train, coach and develop BOH team members for high performance.
• Work the line during prep, service and events to set the standard.
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, waste and ordering to hit targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health codes and standards.
• Partner with Operations and Executive Chef on menu rollouts and standards.
