Job summary

The Eagle, a Thunderdome Restaurant Group concept in Cincinnati, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee kitchen operations, people, product, quality and hospitality. You will report to the General Manager and drive excellence in food preparation, service standards, and operational efficiency.

This role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to manage inventory, costs, scheduling, and training while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the back-of-house team to meet standards.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop back-of-house staff; enforce standards.
• Order and receive food deliveries accurately.
• Execute taste plates to ensure top-quality dishes.
• Manage food inventory, costs, and back-of-house labor; protect brand.
• Maintain updated recipes and brand adherence.
• Hit operational goals for food costs and quality.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and health compliance.
• Enforce Thunderdome standards across locations.
