Job summary

The League Kitchen & Tavern is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to lead BOH operations, uphold guest service and food quality, and manage kitchen teams alongside an assistant manager. Experience with Aloha/Toast is valued and availability during opening hours is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager or Head Chef.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (Aloha/Toast).
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude.
• Communication and team management abilities.
• Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-of-house operations to ensure guest service and food quality.
• Manage restaurant back of house/kitchen teams and assist the management team.
• Help minimize operating costs and boost employee retention.
• Deliver a positive dining experience for guests.
