Job summary

Pizza Ranch® Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team to deliver a legendary guest experience. You will partner with the management team to supervise daily kitchen operations, uphold safety and quality standards, and guide staff in serving guests with care.

You should be passionate about developing people, excellent at multitasking, and proficient with basic computer tools. Prior restaurant management experience is preferred, and you will be on your feet for extended periods

Qualifications

Passion for leading and developing people.
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize multiple situations.
Effective communicator and listener with good oral and written communication skills.
High school diploma or GED.
Proficient in basic computer skills.
Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift.
Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a kitchen team to deliver a legendary guest experience.
Assist the management team in day-to-day kitchen operations and safety.
