Job summary

Pizza Ranch, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-casual kitchen team and deliver a legendary guest experience.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure food safety and quality, and coach staff to provide outstanding service while maintaining a focus on hospitality and community involvement. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to positive community engagement at a growing franchise location, with the ability to train staff and sustain

Qualifications

Passion for leading and developing people.
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize multiple situations.
Effective communicator and listener with good oral and written communication skills.
High school diploma or GED.
Proficient in basic computer skills.
Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift.
Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain high-quality food and food safety standards.
Assist with the training and development of new and existing team members.
Provide Legendary guest service and lead staff to do the same.
Build Community Engagement by partnering with other organizations and businesses.
Respond to guest complaints quickly and resolve them effectively.
