Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years kitchen management or chef-lead experience in high-volume settings.
• Proven track record in full-service casual dining or comparable fast-paced environments.

• Available for full-time commitment including some evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations managing 20+ staff across all stations.
• Maintain food quality, portion consistency, and plating standards during peak service.
• Create and manage schedules, handle training, and coach kitchen performance.
• Ensure HACCP compliance, proper food handling, and sanitization protocols.
• Monitor food costs, manage inventory, and reduce waste without compromising quality.
