Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a kitchen management role.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Drive, and the ability to learn other cloud-based programs like Slack, Margin Edge, and 7Shifts.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and schedule kitchen staff, ensuring skills and knowledge.
• Implement kitchen policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Order and manage inventory to minimize waste.
• Oversee preparation and presentation of dishes.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and timely repairs.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and health and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with management on promotions.
• Participate in budgeting and cost control for kitchen.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff.
