BelAir Cantina in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Kitchen Manager who can plan, organize, train, and lead to achieve goals in sales, costs, and guest satisfaction. The KM is responsible for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation, and maintenance of quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, time management, and communication, with a flexible schedule to manage 45+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary degree or related degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant.
• 2 years in a kitchen leadership role.
• Knife skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual a plus.
• State of Wisconsin Food Manager Certificate (ServSafe Preferred).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, train, and lead kitchen to achieve objectives in sales, costs, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee food purchasing, preparation, and quality standards.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness across kitchen operations.
• Lead weekly in-store management meetings and coordinate with store teams.
