Job summary

Avanti's of Peoria is seeking a restaurant manager to lead profitability, sanitation, and service execution in a vibrant dining environment.

You will coach staff, coordinate with supervisors for high kitchen standards and guest satisfaction, handle guest concerns, and work with the general manager on sales, traffic, and staffing goals while ensuring premises and equipment are maintained.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience required (2+ years).
• Leadership and strong people skills are essential.
• Excellent communication to set daily expectations and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure profitability, sanitation, and execution of the restaurant.
• Engage with staff and supervisors to maintain high kitchen execution and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints from dining room or carry-out areas.
• Communicate with the general manager about sales, traffic, staffing goals and other issues.
• Monitor building and equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs.
