Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Woodstock, GA is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant within our growing entertainment venue. You will oversee kitchen operations, menu execution, and staff scheduling.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of restaurant experience, strong leadership, and ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it; experience with COGS and labor management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience.
• Management and/or hospitality experience a plus.
• Experience in managing COGS and labor.
• ServSafe certification or able to complete certification.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for all BOH sanitation and operations by following county health standards and the company's BOH processes.
• Keeping your team up to date on processes & current specials
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly inventory on food and beverage items
• Practice teamwork by assisting co-workers and leading by example
• Training, developing, and scheduling team members
