Pay: $43,000 - $70,000 annually

We are seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner, according to established recipes and procedures. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch food, apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee food production and preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures.
• Enforce compliance with employment policies, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and ensure guest safety.
• Monitor and maintain efficient food ticket times.
• Manage Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Develop key employees through daily feedback and performance reviews.
• Conduct Taste & Temp checks, oversee inventory and safety in the kitchen.
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
• Practice safe food handling procedures.
• Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
• Set work hours, create schedules, and assign tasks for Back of House staff.
• Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Participate in hiring processes for Back of House employees.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and goals.
