We are seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner according to recipes and procedures. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch food, apply today!

Responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager
  1. Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures.
  2. Enforce employment policies, oversee restaurant cleanliness, and guest safety.
  3. Manage ticket times to maintain efficiency.
  4. Perform employee performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  5. Develop key employees through feedback and training.
  6. Conduct inventory and safety checks, including taste and temperature tests.
  7. Handle proper storage and maintenance of kitchen items.
  8. Ensure safe food handling practices.
  9. Control food costs, waste, and labor costs.
  10. Schedule and assign tasks to Back of House staff.
  11. Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
  12. Participate in hiring and application review processes.
  13. Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values.
