CookUnity is a chef-to-you marketplace connecting talented chefs like FVH with consumers, revolutionizing meal delivery. CookUnity delivers small-batch, restaurant-quality meals crafted by a diverse collective of all-star chefs nationwide.

Position: Kitchen Manager – Fabio Viviani Hospitality at CookUnity
Duties:
  1. Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.
  2. Oversee production and packing of fresh meals for delivery.
  3. Ensure consistent preparation of all food and products.
  4. Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  5. Supervise kitchen staff activities.
  6. Perform administrative duties as necessary.
  7. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  1. Passion for food.
  2. Energetic with a genuine positive attitude when interacting with team members.
  3. Minimum of 1 year of Chef Management experience.
  4. Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 20 pounds.
  5. Ability to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 9 hours).
  6. Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  7. Capable of delegating multiple tasks.
  8. Outstanding communication skills.
  9. Maintain sanitation procedures and organize work areas in compliance with OSHA regulations.
  10. Willingness to learn, be flexible, and contribute to an evolving concept.
