The role includes supervising staff, maintaining product quality, and analyzing financials to optimize store performance.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in deli/food service leadership, strong knowledge of food safety, and proficiency with Outlook/Excel/Word.

Lunds & Byerlys St Louis Park is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Food Service Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $22.50-$27.25/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am-7:00pm, with a 4:00am shift required per month for inventory.

Food Service Manager Responsibilities

Our Food Service Managers are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Leading, supervising, coaching, mentoring, and training employees
• Developing daily and weekly menus
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory, sales, and shrink
• Evaluating and ensuring product quality and selection
• Analyzing financials
• Maintaining cleanliness of the department
