Lunds & Byerlys is hiring a full-time Bakery Manager in Minnesota to lead and inspire the bakery team while ensuring a welcoming shopping experience for customers.

The role offers a full-time schedule with a competitive wage of $33.13/hr. Location assignments may shift between Edina and Golden Valley, with daily shifts ranging 6:00am–10:00pm and open 7 days a week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two plus (2+) years' experience in bakery leadership.
• Knowledge of financial reporting systems and concepts.
• Strong understanding of retail operations.
• Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)

The location of this position is to be determined. We anticipated that the selected candidate(s) will start at either our 50th Street Edina or Golden Valley locations, but this is subject to change. When hiring new managers Lunds & Byerlys does its best to place the new managers at a location best suited for them.

Lunds & Byerlys is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Bakery Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $33.13/hr. We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am-10:00pm.

Bakery Manager Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Leading, supervising, coaching, mentoring, and training employees
• Merchandising product
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory, sales, and shrink
• Analyzing financials and ensuring the department is meeting financial goals
• Maintaining cleanliness of the department
• Supporting the General Manager/Store Manager in all phases of day-to-day store operations
