Lunds & Byerlys St Louis Park is currently hiring for a full‑time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers. This position works a full‑time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $18.00–21.00/hr. We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. For this role, the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm.

Operations Supervisor Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Supervising and assisting front‑end operations, including:
  • Scanning items
  • Entering pricing data
  • Processing payment
  • Packaging groceries
  • Resolving any checkout concerns
• Bookkeeping and payroll processing
• Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training employees
