Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in deli or food service leadership.
• Knowledge of financial reporting systems and concepts.
• Strong understanding of food preparation and food service operations.
• Strong understanding of retail operations.
• Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.

Lunds & Byerlys St Louis Parkis currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Food Service Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $22.50-$27.25/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am-7:00pm, with a 4:00am shift required per month for inventory.

FOOD SERVICE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Food Service Managers are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Leading, supervising, coaching, mentoring, and training employees
• Developing daily and weekly menus
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory, sales, and shrink
• Evaluating and ensuring product quality and selection
• Maintaining cleanliness of the department
