We are seeking experienced Kitchen Managers / Executive Chefs to lead our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing all dining room and kitchen systems and operations, ensuring effective shifts across the restaurant.
- Providing direction, coaching, training, and development for assistant managers and team members, focusing on food quality, service standards, safety, sanitation, and company policies.
- Maintaining consistency in system execution, standards, and cost controls.
- Establishing and communicating goals regularly with the General Manager and Local Owner.
- Effective communication with guests, team members, management, vendors, and owners.
- Ensuring cleanliness and supply levels of the facilities.
- Overseeing BOH schedules, staffing, labor goals, and guest satisfaction.
- Managing inventory procedures and coaching assistant managers on weekly inventory tasks.
- Managing BOH budgets, including forecasting.
- Participating in hiring processes to maintain staffing levels.
- Ensuring all food and service standards are met, providing guests with excellent experiences.
- Following safety procedures and standards when operating equipment.
- Handling multiple priorities, working under stress, and exercising good judgment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
- 3-5 years of high-volume restaurant management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, motivation, and guest service skills.
- Ability to meet financial goals, including sales growth, guest counts, staffing, and cost management.
Physical and Additional Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform duties requiring bending, reaching, and climbing.
- Exposure to heat and handling food items.
