Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations and be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes, and procedures. Responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager Include:
  • Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in accordance with recipes and procedures
  • Enforcing compliance with employment policies, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and ensuring guest safety
  • Monitoring and maintaining efficient food ticket times
  • Managing performance of Back of House staff, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Providing feedback for employee development through regular one-on-ones
  • Conducting inventory, safety checks, and proper food handling procedures
  • Managing food costs, waste, and labor costs
  • Scheduling and task assignment for Back of House employees
  • Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
  • Participating in hiring processes for Back of House staff
  • Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values
