  • KM Compensation range is $55,000-$65,000/year + 10% bonus potential.
  • The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.

As a Kitchen Manager, you will help lead our fast-paced, high-volume, scratch kitchen, driving culinary execution of our inspired menu paired with Cooper’s Hawk wines. You will partner with the Executive Kitchen Manager to drive operational excellence, growth, and coach our team to ensure high food quality and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee 1-2 departments including dish, prep, and/or line
  • Manage policies and operating systems
  • Coordinate between kitchen and front of house
  • Represent company values and foster respectful work environment
  • Participate in hiring, training, and coaching team members
  • Lead department meetings and maximize operational results
  • Support new menu/system rollouts and kitchen initiatives
  • Assist with private events and inventory management
  • Operate computer systems including POS and inventory software
  • Maintain food safety and a professional image
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience in high-volume, full-service kitchens; scratch kitchen experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English proficiency
  • Financial acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Certifications like ServSafe preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long hours
  • Availability for 50-60 hours/week, flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
