Oversee all operations of the kitchen, coach and develop the kitchen staff to operate to Sickies standards, and work with fellow managers to obtain weekly budget goals.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operations of the kitchen.
2. Train and develop new kitchen members.
3. Maintain staffing levels in the kitchen.
4. Adhere to all safety guidelines.
5. Conduct weekly inventories and schedules.
6. Maintain a clean and fun work environment.
7. Communicate regularly with fellow managers and the General Manager.

Qualifications

2. 2+ years of similar experience.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
