Job Description

The Kitchen Manager oversees daily kitchen operations, including food purchasing, preparation, and ensuring consistent quality. They maintain standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation, managing all BOH staff in cooking, portioning, cost control, and sanitation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train kitchen staff, conduct performance evaluations.
