Position: Kitchen Manager

As a Kitchen Manager at Flix Brewhouse, you will have the opportunity to create exceptional experiences for our guests by leading and managing the daily operations of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Maintaining food quality and appearance
2. Overseeing inventory regulation
3. Developing the leadership skills of your team
4. Working closely with the General Manager to ensure guest satisfaction and budget compliance

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Certified in food handling and alcohol service requirements, such as Serve Safe
2. Experience as an AKM or KM
3. Self-motivated, positive, and passionate about your work
4. Strong understanding of teamwork and ability to inspire others
5. Skilled at identifying and fostering the growth of emerging talent
6. Proficient in computer skills, including inventory management, ordering, and recipe maintenance
7. Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
8. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
