Main Event in West Chester, OH is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team in a fast-paced entertainment dining setting. You will hire, train, and retain top BOH talent while controlling costs to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction.

As Kitchen Manager, you’ll drive daily operations, oversee food preparation, and implement safe, quality standards for all menu items. This role offers growth within a leading multi-brand venue family.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
• Proven experience in kitchen management.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
