Dave & Buster’s in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Restaurant/Operations Manager to provide leadership and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and guest experience.

You will oversee all aspects of the business from tasks to big picture while working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted restaurant/entertainment setting, with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
