Main Event Avon is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house team in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment setting. You will hire, train, and develop staff, ensure a safe, clean kitchen, and drive food-cost control while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will manage labor costs, monitor waste, and implement safe food-handling procedures. Join a dynamic leadership team with opportunities across two brands for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Strong business acumen and leadership in fast-paced environments.
